Weather and stuff
Weather here has been crazy hot; like summer. Valentine's Day Sharene and I did a walk along the beach to Mavericks (they have just had the big surf competition). It's 4 miles, I am pretty sure if we had driven it would have taken us an hour to get there. Beach was packed but lovely nonetheless. We found lots of seaglass too.
I had fun in Kansas City; I really did enjoy my time their and the H&R Block clients.
I am spending most of my time at Facebook and working to sell some work at Google. Learning how to sell is quiet the journey. It's a lot of work regardless of the size of the job and we do a lot of compliance stuff behind the scenes.
March I am off to Atlanta for some training and Sharene and I are going to Zion Park (near Vegas) for my half marathon and to visit the park (very beautiful!).
I also just signed up for some training in Washington DC in April; so still keeping the travel going.
We are still optimistic we will get to Spain in May but will have to go through the court to get the kids passports.

Kansas City
A few years back I spent 3 months commuting to Kansas City; all good deeds don't go unnoticed. I am off to KC as part of a sales team for two nights next week. Random adventure I guess and I do recall good restaurants. I really enjoyed the client so nice to reengage (although no plans to actually be on a project there).
We are still planning for Spain in May although a little challenged as the kids dad refuses to sign passport consents. Off to the court to get it done (zzzzz so unnecessary but that's who he is). We are going to the wedding of their half sister and they are in the wedding party so seems odd to be obstructive.
I am training for the Zion Half Marathon on March. Excited to see the Park as it looks very beautiful.
House sale is progressing and we should settle this month!

More updates
Madi and Brax's half sister is getting married in...Spain; destination wedding.
Long complicated story of ex-evil husbands and half siblings who love each other. So we are off to Spain in May. Europe is not widely conducive to family travel in the way the US or NZ is so I am figuring exactly how we fly, adventure and get accommodation that works. First world problems!

Back in the grind
With some sweet highlights.
Sharene and I went to Monterey; saw some wild weather at the awesome beach front hotel we stay at.

Found an amazingly large rare pice of ruby Red Sea glass.
Work still Facebooking, Googling and generally doing odd stuff.
