Italy

So I think I just visited two of the most beautiful and romantic places in the world.......Cinque Terre and Lake Como.  I really loved Milan, mostly because it's not a natural tourist destination.  It has great sights to see, including the Duomo.

Which is amazing in it's detail.

The marathon village was cool too, in part because I got to share it with my pals......who left a little message on the wall

Milan is a fashion, design destination, the shop window displays were quite something.

And the ice cream "tasting" choice post marathon was quite something else....

                                         

But the delights of Cinque Terre, while different, were equally and perhaps a little more unexpected.
